Bone Dust Removal System

Bone Dust Removal System

Midwest Machine’s Bone Dust Removal System is a two stage process that scrapes bone dust from one side of a bone-in cut of beef or pork, flips the piece, and scrapes the dust from the other side. The Bone Dust Removal System incorporates vision to allow for automatic adjustment to different product thicknesses on the fly without process interruption, and replaces nonvalue added labor traditionally used for handling and manual scraping of bone dust prior to packaging. Ideally, Midwest Machine’s Bone Dust Removal System is best utilized in line with Midwest Machine’s Proportioning Saw.
