Welding
Our welders possess the expertise to execute various types of welds, including TIG/ GTAW, GMAW/MIG, and stick as well as sanitary welds in food-grade sanitary pipe installations. A select group of skilled welders are certified by Arc Tech for SMAW DCEP Manual Welding. From precise welds on intricate parts to robust joints for heavy-duty machinery, they manage a wide range of tasks. We construct a variety of products aside from our Custom Automated Machinery such as conveyors, and platforms, and overhead rail to be able to seamlessly integrate into an existing facility. Each piece is tailor-made to suit your needs. Our experienced crew is available for onsite welding, fabrication, and equipment installation.
Water Jet
Our cutting capabilities extend to materials as large as 4 ' x 10' and 6" thick! Our water jet system employs a high-pressure pump to generate a pressurized stream of water. This stream mixes with abrasive materials like garnet, passing through a nozzle to create a coherent flow of abrasive particles moving at high speed. From intricate designs to large-scale parts, we cut materials such as steel, aluminum, granite, and rubber with precision. Originally acquired to meet specific shop needs, our exploration and experimentation with this machine have revealed countless applications and allowed us to produce a wide range of products, including custom metal signs.
