Water Jet

Our cutting capabilities extend to materials as large as 5 ' x 10' and 6" thick! Our water jet system employs a high-pressure pump to generate a pressurized stream of water. This stream mixes with abrasive materials like garnet, passing through a nozzle to create a coherent flow of abrasive particles moving at high speed. From intricate designs to large-scale parts, we cut materials such as steel, aluminum, granite, and rubber with precision. Originally acquired to meet specific shop needs, our exploration and experimentation with this machine have revealed countless applications and allowed us to produce a wide range of products, including custom metal signs.

Laser Engraving

Unlock the power of precision and personalization with our laser engraving services. Our state-of-the-art laser engraving technology ensures unparalleled quality and detail. From intricate designs to crisp text and logos, we transform your ideas into enduring impressions. Elevate your brand and leave a lasting mark with our expert laser engraving services.

Metal Finishing

Metal finishing enhances metal properties and offers key benefits that improve the durability, appearance, and ease of maintenance of metal products. By smoothing the surface, it is easier to clean and makes it more resistant to wear, corrosion, rust, and abrasion, which can help extend the lifespan. We offer polishing and dustless media blasting to help with your metal preservation.

Brake and Shear

We offer precision and efficiency in every bend and cut, tailored to your specific requirements. These versatile machines are used in many different industries and perform tasks such as; sheet metal bending and cutting, creating structural components such as beams and supports, fabricating custom machines parts, and custom projects from stainless steel counter tops to specialized industrial equipment.
